Daniel Goldstein – Executive Director

Daniel was raised in a God-fearing home where the Bible and the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob were highly respected. Although his parents divorced while Daniel was in high school, God’s word was planted in his life and it would eventually bear fruit.

Daniel came to a living faith in the God of the Bible as a young adult and, as a result, he had an intense desire to study the Bible in order to know the God in whom he had come to believe and to understand what the Bible really teaches, especially regarding the Messiah and the fulfillment of the New Covenant.

Education & Life Experiences

Daniel completed a Bachelors degree in Bible and History and then studied linguistics while completing a Masters degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Intercultural Studies with an emphasis on the religion of Islam. After completing his education, Daniel spent one year teaching English at the University of Pennsylvania before moving to the country of Turkey. In Turkey Daniel studied the Turkish language and then spent several years teaching English and the Bible in Istanbul, Turkey.

In 2007, Daniel immigrated to Israel and spent his first two years studying the Hebrew language: one year in the city of Haifa and one year on a religious, organic farming Kibbutz in the north of Israel. Daniel moved to Jerusalem in 2009 and continues to reside in this special city.

Establishing of Ner LeRaglai

God has used these various life experiences, especially the past 20 years of living in the Middle East, to give Daniel a unique calling to study and teach the Bible from its Jewish, historical, cultural, and linguistic perspective. Daniel has a passion to defend the truth of the Bible, to prove the prophetic fulfillment of Yeshua as the Messiah, and to teach the Bible to followers of Yeshua in order to equip and encourage their faith. Daniel has authored two books:

  1. Practicing the Sabbath with Community

  2. The Third Temple: A Sign of The Coming Messiah

It is a result of Daniel’s passion and calling to teach God’s word from its Jewish, historical, cultural, and linguistic perspective that Ner Leraglai Jewish Ministries was established as a nonprofit organization. Daniel serves as the Executive Director of Ner Leraglai and he is excited, together with the Ner Leraglai board, to see how God will use this ministry in the days ahead.

The Appointed Time of the Resurrection

The resurrection of the Messiah could be considered the most important miracle recorded in the Bible. It is based on the resurrection of the Messiah that all who believe in the Messiah have the hope and guarantee of resurrection and everlasting life. The resurrection of the Messiah did not occur at a random time, but rather, according to God's Appointed Times which were established in Leviticus 23. To learn more about the Appointed Time of the Resurrection, watch this video teaching now!
